1. Beginners - Walk/Run 12 miles in 14 days
2. Intermediate - Walk/Run 20 miles in 14 days
3. Pro - Walk/Run 30 miles in 14 days
NOTE: 5K Race registration included in all 3 above categories. Racers are required to post distance and time at provided link on RACE DAY, June 20, before midnight to be eligible for PRIZE. 5K Race winners for each age category will be announced on Monday, June 21

- T-shirt for all registrants.
- Car Magnet and Air Freshener for registrants (maximum 2 per household).
- Motivational messages and health tips will be posted daily on the "In Stride Challenge" fb group page.
TWO WAYS TO WIN PRIZES:
1. $100, $50, $25 gift cards for top 3-5K Race finishers (best time). Time must be posted by midnight, July 26.
2. $50 gift card for best Challenge Photo. Take photos participating in challenge and a final celebratory photo. The most unique/fun, family-friendly picture wins the PRIZE!
NOTE: Challenge Photos most be posted to "In Stride Challenge" fb group page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/259051405520928/) or on personal fb page tagging the group page. If posting on personal fb page, remember to hashtag #InStrideChallenge.
