Alina Joseph currently serves as the Executive Director of the Heart & Vascular Service for Kettering Health Network. In her role, she is responsible for overall strategic direction and administration of cardiac and vascular services across the network. This includes developing and meeting quality, patient safety, growth, mission, personnel and financial goals. Alina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Alina is married and has two teenage children. She enjoys knitting, music, exercising, mission work, and spending time outdoors with her family.
Lorryn D. Logan is an Associate with Handler & Levine, LLC. She also works as real estate/title attorney with KTL Title Group and as a licensed real estate agent with Samson Properties. Ms. Logan regularly represents individuals in preparing their estate plans, consisting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives and other estate planning documents. She also works with clients serving as fiduciaries in estate and trust administration, and assists personal representatives with opening probate estates and advising trustees how to manage trusts. Ms. Logan guides clients during difficult transitions in their lives, including incapacity and the loss of a loved one. Furthermore, Ms. Logan has worked in the real estate/title industry for more than 25 years. She is a licensed Title Producer in Maryland and the District of Columbia and is knowledgeable in all aspects of the title closing process. Finally, Ms. Logan represents and guides both buyers and sellers in the residential real estate buying and selling process.
Lynell Babienco, CPA, CGMA is a Finance Coordinator at Kettering Health Network with over 30 years of nonprofit accounting experience. Her areas of expertise include Foundation reporting and accounting, Form 990 tax reporting, and nonprofit audit reporting. Lynell currently leads the Network General Accounting team and manages all aspects of accounting.
Harvey Hahn currently serves as the Director of the Kettering Cardiovascular Fellowship Training Program and the Director of the Kettering Non-invasive Laboratory at the Kettering Medical Center. He also serves as an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at Wright State University/Boonshoft School of Medicine as well as Associate Professor at Loma Linda University.
Edward L. white is a retired Air Force civilian human resource manager. After retiring he served as a Sinclair Community College adjunct management instructor; human resource management consultant for governmental agencies; and employee and labor relations instructor, Graduate School, US Department of Agriculture. During his Air Force service, he was Director of Civilian Personnel, Strategic Air Command, where he was responsible for overall development, implementation, administration, and evaluation of a civilian personnel program for 25 Air Force bases with 25,000 civilian employees.
Ken Chaij currently serves as the Executive Director of the Oncology Services at Kettering Health System (KHS). Building on his experience in both healthcare marketing and oncology operations, he is responsible for the strategic focus and implementation as well as the oversight of the oncology services provided throughout KHS. Ken has over 30 years of healthcare and small business experience as well as experience serving on several Dayton area organization boards.
Lorna M. McAllister is a certified public accountant, retired c-suite federal government executive, and graduate of HBCU North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and accounting concentration. She brings experience as a former non-profit board member and cultural exposure as an international MBA graduate of Hult International Business School as an in-country student in Dubai, United Arab Emirates + London, England, + Shanghai, China among others from more than 20 ethnicities. Currently, she is a state licensed and certified dementia practitioner and certified fall prevention coach as the sole caregiver to a family member.
A veteran public sector and nonprofit executive, Doug is passionate about helping teams drive change and exceed expectations and encouraging team members to tap skills and abilities they’d forgotten they had. With over 20 years of experience as a strategic storyteller and advocacy communicator, Doug has developed and implemented creative, proactive, and comprehensive communications strategies across multiple platforms to engage and inform precisely targeted audiences and help organizations tell their story effectively and persuasively. In addition to nonprofit, NGO, and higher education management experience, he has served as communications director at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and a bureau of the Department of Labor during the Clinton Administration and at the Social Security Administration during President Obama’s second term. Doug has managed organizational restructuring, impeachment communications, government shutdowns, response to Congressional oversight, and is no stranger to managing crises. He has most recently run gubernatorial primary and general elections for a mid-size county in Maryland, one of the nation’s top three states for election transparency and voter confidence.
Krista Mainess currently serves as the Executive Director of Helping Our Families. Prior to her current position, she partnered with clients to drive organizational performance and change through business and talent solutions to accelerate the impact and effectiveness of CEOs and C-Suite Executives and their organizations. She also served as a public servant for over 20 years with an emphasis in workforce planning, budget formulation and execution, strategic planning, financial operations, analysis, research as well as policy interpretation and development.
The majority of Ron Mainess' career has been supporting the implementation of major government initiatives across the country. He has contributed to the success of many federal and State/County project and program offices where he held such roles as Operations Manager, Business Manager, Program Controls Manager, Process Manager, Assistant/Deputy Project Manager and Project Manager. Ron has played a significant role on the program and project teams that have supported many federal agencies and departments including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and all the armed services.
